Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Mint chocolate chip is my favorite ice cream flavor, so it was inevitable that I'd try making it on my own. I steeped my own mint leaves from my garden and it's a far cry from what you get at the grocery store.  The softer mint flavor paired nicely with the 87% dark chocolate chips.
